this is great quality for the price, I use it daily to increase mobility and flexibility, it is a great tool to add to any weight loss regimen or gym. It is very easy to store if you are short on space, and the design makes it very easy to pull out and not have excuses not to use. It is very light weight any one can fold it up or fold it out to use. it has multiple workouts you can do which is wonderful .

I've taught and taken pilates throughout my lifetime. Now in my 70's, I'm happier doing my exercise needs at home rather than going to our gym (which seems to have become more of a gab fest rather than workout). I love this board! It took no time to learn exercises on it....though I recommend watch videos that you can find and understanding the proper positions your body needs to be. I've been doing this daily, 20 minutes a day, for two weeks and already see and feel a positive difference. I keep adding more exercises, and hope to eventually get up to 30 minutes a day. Only con is the timer. Seems to have a mind of it's own and works sporatically. I don't use it anyway.

Now I just need to use it! It is sturdy and so far works really well. It folds up nicely to tuck it away also!

Great little gadget. Worth the money! You can get a pretty good workout at home in 15 minutes, if that’s all the time you have. It works out butt, legs, arms, stomach, and everything in between. Highly recommend!

Small size for already size 2-8 individuals. Overall, pilates is pilates and this will work if you know what to do and how to do it.

I have only had this for 3 days, but OMG my entire body is feeling this workout! I was able to find and save plenty of workouts on Pinterest and Tik Tok for this equipment. It is smooth and I actually find it very quiet. The extra attachments create a full body workout experience. The timer and phone holder are nice little extras! I used it on bare floor and a thick yoga mat and it did not slide or move. Very pleased with this purchase!

I love this little, easy to use, machine. It really does give you a good workout and it folds up and is easy to put away. I’m older, and trying to get back into shape so I’m really glad I purchased this tool to help me achieve my goals. Definitely worth the price!
